Support for Ray

October 21, 2014 by Guest Post

Jennifer Bedey Ray has worked for Ravalli County Justice Court as my Court Administrator for over 12 years. She is running for Justice of the Peace, Department #1, the position being vacated by Judge Clute. Jennifer is a dedicated public employee, she is very intelligent and over the past 12 years she has learned what she needs to know to be a very good Justice of the Peace. She is my substitute judge and serves in that position when I am on vacation, at conference or due to illness. I recently had back surgery which took me out of the office for nearly two months, during that time Jennifer did my job as well as her own. She came in early, worked through lunch and stayed late, insuring that my court ran smoothly in my absence. She did this on her own time and at no cost to the county taxpayers. She did a great job and proved to me she is ready to handle her own court.
Justice Courts and City Courts are considered the “work horses” of the court system. Justice court requires a judge who knows the law, how to deal with the complicated procedures we handle on a daily basis, and is able to make fair and lawful decisions. Jennifer is the only qualified person running for the position of Ravalli County Justice of the Peace, Department #1.
I wholeheartedly support Jennifer Bedey Ray and hope the citizens of Ravalli County realize what a great asset she will be when elected as your new justice of the peace. Please join me and vote Jennifer Bedey Ray, Justice of the Peace, Department #1.
Jim Bailey
Justice of the Peace, Dept. 2
