As a result of technical difficulties associated with the electronic means of receiving comments from the public, DEQ is extending the public comment period for a wastewater discharge permit being considered for a large retail store to be located south of Hamilton on Blood Lane and Skalkaho Highway. The deadline is being extended to October 15, 2014. If you previously provided emailed comments to DEQ or if you wish to submit comments at this time, submit or resubmit your comments to DEQ via mail at the following postal address:

Mailed comments must be postmarked no later than October 15, 2014.

This email address is not affected by the technical difficulties currently impacting the State network. Electronic comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. on October 15, 2014.
