Missoula – Howard E. Jordan, 77, passed away peacefully at his home in Missoula on Thursday, July 24, 2014.
He was born Jan. 7, 1937, in Durango, Colorado, to R.W. and Mary Jordan.
Howard married the love of his life, Sue Petersen, on Dec. 15, 1959. Howard was a Korean War veteran. He retired from the Kennecott Copper Corporation after 30 year of service.
He was preceded in death by his infant son Ricky, his parents, five brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 54 years, Sue Jordan of Missoula; daughters, Teri (Starr) Sullivan, Sandra Newman and Lisa (Mark) Wirt; son Randy Jordan; grandchildren Michael, Amber, Carin, Damon, Dane, Crystal, Zyler and Bradon; and two great-grandchildren, Alysa and Trevor.
