WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2014 AT 6:30 PM
TO ACCEPT PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE TSEP GRANT APPLICATION for GROFF LANE at the ETNA and UNION IRRIGATION DITCHES
Ravalli County will hold a public meeting for the purpose of obtaining views from the residents of the County regarding the submittal of a Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) grant application to replace the bridges over both Etna Irrigation Ditch crossings and the Union Irrigation Ditch crossing at Groff Lane.  The public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the Stevensville Town Council chambers located at 206 Buck Street, in Stevensville.
The County is considering submitting an application to TSEP and wants to obtain public comment on the proposal.  Citizens will be given an opportunity to comment at the public meeting.  Comments and letters may also be submitted prior to the meeting either by e-mail to jhorat@rc.mt.gov or by mail to Ravalli County Road & Bridge Department, 244 Fairgrounds Road, Hamilton, MT  59840.

PUBLIC HEARING
Thursday, April 10, 2014 6:30 p.m.
The Town of Stevensville will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall, 206 Buck Street, Stevensville MT on April 10th, at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of obtaining public comments on a proposed application to assist in the expansion of B.E. Forest Products. The assistance will result in the creation of up to 40 new jobs, all of which will be offered to low and moderate income individuals. The proposed application will be submitted to the Montana Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the Montana Department of Commerce. At the public hearing, the proposed application will be explained including the proposed area of the project, activities and budget. All interested persons will be given opportunity to express their opinions regarding this proposed application. Testimony may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing by April 10th at 5:00 p.m.
Portions of and/or a summary of the CDBG-ED Application are available for review at the RCEDA office during regular office hours. Anyone who would like more information or who wants to submit written comments should contact Julie Foster, Ravalli County Economic Development Authority, Executive Director at 406-375-9416, during regular office hours, or by mailing to RCEDA, 275 Old Corvallis Road, Suite A, Hamilton, MT 59840 or via email julie@rceda.org.
