INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by the Ravalli County Clerk and Recorder Office at 215 South Fourth Street, Suite C, Hamilton, Montana, 59840, until 1:00 p.m. local time on January 14th, 2014, for the construction of Willoughby Lane Bridge Replacement project. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:30 p.m. by the Board of County Commissioners in the Commissioners’ Conference Room. The work includes replacement of the existing bridge over the Supply Ditch on Willoughby Lane in Ravalli County, approximately 6 miles southeast of Stevensville, and 5.5 miles northeast of Victor.
Replacement shall include the installation of steel pipe pile and concrete pile caps and wing walls for substructure. The superstructure units are 50 foot span prestressed concrete bridge beams/deck, or the option of pre-cast, post-tensioned concrete slabs with concrete barrier rails (jersey barrier types). The work shall also include Class I riprap slope protection, associated structural excavation and embankment, compaction, dewatering for substructure installation, approach rails, specified testing, and associated appurtenances.
All work within the Supply Ditch must be complete by April 10, 2014, and the project shall be substantially complete by May 1, 2014. The anticipated Notice of Award date is January 20, 2014. The project is funded by Ravalli County and the Montana Department of Commerce Treasure State Endowment Program, and is subject to all applicable regulations as indicated within the specifications.
The contract documents may be examined or obtained, upon paying a non-refundable fee of $50.00, by contacting the Engineer, WGM Group, Inc., 1111 E. Broadway, Missoula, MT, 59802 (406) 728-4611. Attn: Jon Gass. An additional charge of $10.00 will be applied for shipping and handling, if required. Contractor’s submitting a bid must have an official Bid Set of documents obtained by the Engineer.
Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Bids shall include a bid bond made payable to Owner in an amount of 10% of the total bid, and be addressed to: Ravalli County Clerk & Recorder Office, Attn: Glenda Wiles, Ravalli County Administrative Center, 215 South Fourth Street, Suite C, Hamilton, Montana, 59840. No facsimile bids will be accepted. After award, successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance and Payment bond of 100% of the contract. Montana law requires all contractors to register with the Department of Labor prior to submitting their bid.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference, which will be conducted jointly by the Owner and Engineer. Pre-bid conference will be conducted on site at 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2014. Interested bidders should meet at the project site as described above.
Ravalli County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, or to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and bidder, and to make awards in the interest of Ravalli County. It is expressly stated that final award of the Contract is contingent upon securing appropriate financing.

Comes now Jennifer J. Roudabush, the above named Petitioner, and submits the following Petition to the Court
1. Petitioner Jennifer J.Roudabush is 25 years of age and is currently not employed. Petitioner is currently residing at Ravalli County, MT, and has been a resident of Montana for more than 90 days. 3. The social security numbers of the parties as set forth in the confidential report of personal information filed with this Petition.
4. The parties were married on December 13, 2009 in the city of Ventura, Ventura County, State of California and the marriage was registered in the same.
5. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken in that there is serious marital discord which adversely affects the attitude or one or both parties to the marriage and there is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation.
6. Wife desires to be restored to her former name of Jennifer J. Guy.
7. The parties have no minor children. However, wife is now pregnant and Husband is the father. Wife is unaware of and has not participated in any action involving the child to be born of this pregnancy. Wife knows of no other party who claims any rights to the child to be born of this pregnancy. Wife requests that the Court order adoptIon of a Final Parenting Plan to take effect upon the birth of the child and providing for the Husband to have supervised visitation with the child at his sole expense due to a history of domestic violence.
8. Upon birth, child and medical support for the parties’ minor child should be determined pursuant In the Montana Child Support Guidelines.
9. The parties do not own real properly. The parties have acquired personal property during the course of the marriage. Each party should keep as his or her sole and exclusive property all of the personal property now in his or her possession.
10. The parties do not have marital debt. The Petitioner anticipates that there will be birth related costs and expenses associated with her current pregnancy. Petitioner requests that the court direct the parties to equally share these costs and expenses. Each party should be responsible for all debt held in his or her own name except as relates to the birth related costs described above.
11. Neither party should be required to pay maintenance to the other.
12. Each party should pay their own attorney fees incurred in this matter.
Wherefore, Petitioner requests the following relief from the Court:
1. That the marriage of the parties be dissolved;
2. That the property and debts accumulated by the parties during their marriage be equitably distributed between them as sel forth above;
3. That the Court adopt a final parenting plan that is in the best interests of the minor child of the parlies, to take effect upon the birth of the child, and providing for only supervised visitation for the Respondent.
4. That the Court enter a child support and medical support order pursuant to the Montana Child Support Guidelines to take effect upon birth of the child.
5. That neither party should be required to pay maintenance to the other party.
6. That each party should pay their own attorney fees incurred in connection with this matter.
7. For such other and further relief as the court deems appropriate under the circumstances.

This Temporary Restraining Order shall continue until another Order of the Court is issued amending or vacating this Temporary Restraining Order.
Either party or both parties may request the Court vacate or amend this Temporary Restraining Order by filing a motion to amend or vacate the Temporary Restraining Order.
