PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING FOR RAVALLI COUNTY
The Board of Ravalli County Commissioners will hold a public hearing beginning July 1, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. on the Preliminary County Operating Budget. The Commissioners have completed the Preliminary Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2014 and the budget is on file and open for inspection in the Ravalli County Commissioners Office located at 215 S. 4th Street, Suite A (third floor), Hamilton, MT. 59840. Budgets can be taken out of the order listed below, and may be continued into the next date and or/time session if necessary.

NOTICE OF SALE OF DELINQUENT TAX LIEN FOR THE YEAR 2012

Notice is hereby given that all delinquent 2012 taxes are a lien on the property upon which the taxes are assessed. The lien will be sold to the county at public auction on the 15th day of July 2013 at 10 A.M. on the front steps of the Ravalli County Admininstration Building in the City of Hamilton, Montana unless prior to the said time said delinquent taxes together with all interest and penalties and costs due there on are paid.
A record of those delinquent taxes will be on file in the Tax Office of the County Treasurer and is subject to public inspection and examination.

Paving Project
The Board of Ravalli County Commissioners is soliciting Request for Proposals for paving services on approximately 1.75 miles of Store Lane, a county road, located North and East of Stevensville, Montana.
Proposals will be received by the Ravalli County Clerk & Recorder, 215 S. 4th Street, Suite C, (Second Floor) Hamilton, Montana 59840 until Wednesday, July 24, 2013 by 4:30 p.m. Proposals will then be opened by the Ravalli County Commissioners on July 25, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room (Third Floor) at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, Montana.

Notice of Public Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on July 11, 2013 at 6:00 PM at the Town of Stevensville Council Chambers to discuss pending and potential applications to USDA Rural Development for Loan and Grant funding for Phase 2 improvements at the Town’s existing wastewater treatment facility.
The project includes a new headworks facility for screenings and grit removal, critical improvements for operation and maintenance of the wastewater plant, and secondary process improvements to meet new Montana Department of Environmental Quality wastewater discharge permit requirements.
The Council requests the Residents of the Town of Stevensville to provide comment on above proposed undertakings of the Town. Comments may also be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk, Town of Stevensville, 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, MT 59870 until 5:00 PM, July 11, 2013. A copy of the application for the above items will be available for review during the meeting.
