Happy Mother’s Day, Paige Allen Trautwein

May 8, 2012 by Editor

I’m so glad you are my daughter! Jerry and I were so blessed to have you as an addition to our family. You have always been such a joy.

By the age of 5, your sense of responsibility was already evident. You would set the table, stack and wash dishes, and get the family organized. This has not stopped! As you matured, you have been trusted to train and manage employees and budgets in corporate business, educate and guide your children in school and sports, help your husband by managing an efficient and fiscally sound household, and have been a steady and reliable employee who goes the extra mile for those you serve. These things make a mother proud!

You still find time to volunteer and help so many others. I cannot thank you enough for the help you gave me during your dad’s illness and passing. Your dedication to your family and community is so admired. Your strength of character is unassailable.

Now it seems you desire to take on another adventure as candidate of Clerk of the District Court, and I am again impressed with how you are conducting yourself. Just an above the board campaign with your qualities, ambitions and education emphasized. It took a lot of hard work to get your criminal justice degree while managing a family. Your 11 years of experience in the judicial environments of both Idaho and Montana has allowed you to see what is possible while doing the many facets of your job. Your quiet, unassuming, non-confrontational yet confident completion of duties using your extensive technical skills, and sound judgment, has earned the respect of your co-workers and those with whom you come into contact. I have been told that “she listens to what I have to say”, and that means so much to them. I often wonder where you get all the energy! You have all the qualities, knowledge, education and experience to make a great Clerk of the District Court.

I wish I could sign this from both your parents….but. I will always remain your loving mother and your strongest supporter. Keep up the good work! “Everyone on the same ‘Paige’”

o

Love and best of wishes,
Mom (Wilma Allen)
