The Hamilton School District Board of Trustees is seeking input from district staff, parents, students and community members to assist in the hiring of a new school district superintendent.
They have developed a survey to take in public comment and help guide the process in hiring the best candidate. This survey only takes a few minutes to complete and all comments will be considered as the Board of Trustees begins this important process. The Superintendent Survey is available on the district website (hsd3.org) on the welcome page and in hard copy at all of the buildings and district office.
Questions include: What do you consider the top three most significant strengths of Hamilton School District? What do you consider the two or three most important challenges facing Hamilton School District? Please list two or three things that you would like to see changed within Hamilton School District #3. What are the core competencies and important skills you would like to see in your next superintendent? The survey also includes space to share any additional thoughts, comments, or concerns you may have.
