A public hearing will be held at the above time and location to receive comment on a request by Eric Wohlgehagen and Kellie Hurth for a conditional use permit for property located at 515 Main St., Stevensville, MT. The Ravalli County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comment on Gleason Lots, a proposed 2-lot minor subdivision on 3.95 acres with a revocation of agricultural covenant request accessed via East Side Highway South of Corvallis. The property is located in the NW1/4 of Section 4, T6N, R20W, P.M.M., Ravalli County, Montana. The applicants are Shawn and Elizabeth Gleason.
Information describing the proposal is available for inspection at the Planning Office, in the Administrative Center, 215 S. 4th Street, Suite F, Hamilton, MT 59840. The public hearing will be held Monday, December 12th, 2011 at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Administrative Center. The public may comment verbally or in writing at the hearing. Comments and information submitted at the public hearing will be considered in the decision on Gleason Lots and the revocation of agricultural request. An audit of Ravalli County, Hamilton, Montana has been conducted by Ronald Paul Foltz, Certified Public Accountant. The audit covered the year ended June 30, 2010 Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires the publication of the following summary of Significant Audit Findings. This is only a summary and is not intended to be used as an audit report.
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS
The audit report for Ravalli County for the year ended June 30, 2010, contained two independent auditor’s reports:
1. The independent auditor’s report on the County’s financial statements. There were no qualifications in the audit report.
2. The independent auditors’ report on internal control over compliance and financial reporting contained no findings.
3. The independent auditor’s report on the County’s compliance and internal control over compliance applicable to major programs contained no findings.
