Open house & tack sale

Western Montana Equine Rescue & Rehabilitation invites the community to its spring Open House and Tack Sale on Saturday, May 19, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. In addition to selling tack and other merchandise, there will be a Pick A Prize raffle of donated items including two autographed Tony Stromberg books. There will be demonstrations of liberty horse handling, equine manners demonstrated on WMERR horses, saddle fitting, and a presentation by a local veterinarian. For the kids, Parsons Ponies will provide pony rides and there will be cowboy roping demonstrations. Bring your horses for their annual brand inspection on site.
