Pursuant to Section 15-18-212, Montana Code Annotated, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
As a result of a property tax delinquency, a property tax lien exists on the following described real property, situated in Ravalli County, Montana in which you may have an interest:
A parcel of land in the NW¼SW¼ and Lot 6 (NE¼SW¼) of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Ravalli County, Montana, described as beginning at a point which is 1156 feet East of the West ¼ corner of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 21 West, thence S.55°00’ East 482 feet to West line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company’s right of way, thence Northerly along said right of way 338 feet to the North line of SW¼ Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 21 West, thence West, thence to place of beginning, recorded in Book 107 Deeds, page 336.

The property tax lien was attached as the result of a tax lien sale held on July 16th, 2001.
The property tax lien was purchased at a tax lien sale July 16th, 2001 by Ravalli County, 215 S. 4th St., Ste H, Hamilton, Montana 59840.
The lien was subsequently assigned to INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY, A NEW YORK CORPORATION, 6400 POPLAR AVE, MEMPHIS, TN 38197.

If all taxes, penalties, interest, and costs are not paid to the county treasurer on or prior to July 10, 2013, which is the date the redemption period expires, or on or prior to the date on which the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed, a tax deed may be issued to the purchaser on the day following the date that the redemption period expires or on the date the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed.

Ravalli County Weed Control Work for weeds along highways
All work must be completed by June 15th 2013
Ravalli County is soliciting bid requests for the application of herbicides along Highway 93 and Woodside Cutoff road. Sealed bids must include a commercial applicator’s license, proof of insurance, list of equipment and the amount necessary to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals needed to perform the specified work.

Legal Notice
