Stevensville coach Lindsey Day was pleased with her team and how they responded when they got behind. “The seniors, they know this is it for them. They are playing with a lot of passion right now.”
She said her team was playing with more drive than they’ve shown all season. Along with the five seniors, her younger players have really toughened up and are playing well.
“Emily Lewis and Traylyn Gardner haven’t played a lot of varsity and they really stepped it up in a tie game.”
